How will it get there?
We take care of "shipping" which means we'll hand address the letter, use a stamp, and seal the letter ourselves. All complements are sent via the US Postal Service and delivery dates may vary.
Can I get a refund?
Sorry, due to the nature of our e do not offer refunds, if there is an error in the shipping process we will contact you to resolve the issue.
What does it come with?
A "personal" compliment hand written on cards tock, sealed in a cute envelope and sent to your recipient of choice.
Why anonymous?
We keep it anonymous because everyone loves a secret admirer. This makes the affirmation a bit more mysterious and feel more generous. It really feels like someone wrote a mystery message to you (and not in a creepy way!). If you'd like to clue your recipient in on the secret, we can include our name and info in the letter.
